Mark is an author for the New York City Transit Magazine, has numerous certifications and has attended an extensive number of workshops which include nutrition, pre/ post natal fitness and developing exercise programs for mature adults. His clients range from 40 to 80 years including those with particular medical concerns such as asthma, arthritis and diabetes. Mark is committed and focused on helping people live a more vibrant, healthy life.
Mark Darco fitness provides in-home personal training in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and recently since the onset of Covid-19 he’s started providing virtual personal training. During the height of Covid he trained all his clients virtually with excellent results. He is fully vaccinated. Boxing Training
Boxing training burns calories faster than you can count them, gets you aerobically fit, improves balance and coordination and will help you get that trimmer body you are looking for. Boxing training is a fun and exhilarating workout for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. It can be a part of your overall fitness program and combined with strength exercises.
Many people don't even feel like they're working out during boxing because they enjoy it so much. If you have never put on a boxing glove, don’t worry. I will start you off slowly with excellent instruction. You will be amazed at the results. This is done in your apartment or building gym. Don't worry about space, not much is needed.


Small Group
Personal Training
Small group personal training or partner training is the ideal solution for people looking for the benefits of one-on-one personal training at a more economical cost. Group fitness training is ideal for two or three people. Exercise sessions are customized for each individual’s goals, taking into account medical and exercise history. Ive trained many married couples and mature adults.
Training can take place in your apartment, building gym or the park. Body weight exercises, exercise tubing, kettle bell, agility ladder and the TRX suspension system are some of the equipment I use. Strength and conditioning, aerobic fitness, balance and flexibility are addressed. Boxing can also be added if desired.
TRX Suspension Training
Get into the best shape of your life with TRX Suspension Training. Developed by former Navy Seal Randy Hetrick, TRX Suspension Training utilizes exercises that build strength, balance, stabilization, core involvement along with full body engagement. This piece of equipment can take the place of heavy weights and delivers excellent results, or can be combined with a weight training program. They can compliment one another.
Many people find TRX training enjoyable, challenging and different than tradition weight training. TRX exercises can be modified for beginners to very advanced athletes. The TRX can be used in the comfort of your home or outdoors. Watch the video for a small sample of TRX exercises.
