“I realize that not everyone is naturally inclined to exercising. So when I help my clients learn how to actually enjoy it-especially the feeling of accomplishment they get-that’s extremely gratifying to me. Regular exercise has been part of my life ever since I was a 14-year old kid growing up in Brooklyn. I can’t imagine a day without it. Then in 1998, I decided to turn my dedication to exercise into a career as a personal trainer.

I’ll customize an exercise program that’s just right for you. We can get together right in your own home or at a gym in your building or my personal training studio. (No reason to join a gym and pay those membership fees.) Regardless of location we’ll work one-to-one so that you can get the best results possible!

Over the last 25 years, I have earned a wide variety of certifications and have attended numerous workshops and conferences in order to continually develop my knowledge and skills. It’s always exciting for me to learn new things which I can then pass along to my clients.
