Some of the equipment used are tubing, TRX Suspension Trainer and body weight exercises. Cardio drills and boxing can also be incorporated into the training routine.

I will first have everyone fill out a medical and an exercise history form. I will get a solid idea of your fitness level and any medical limitations you may have. Then I will decide if the people involved are a good match. Usually they’re are rarely problems with group training. I have trained over 20 people at a time in my fitness boot camps and they were of varied fitness levels.

Group Training sessions are 1 hour long. We also incorporate stretching into the routine toward the end.

Each person gets a customized program that fits their needs. One person can be doing exercises to tone their lower body while another person can be working their upper body.

Mark and I have worked together for a couple months now. I found him to be surprisingly affordable and REALLY effective. At first, I had doubts that working with a trainer would really improve my physical condition (I had less satisfying results in the past with another trainer); suffice to say, those fears have been assuaged. I am the strongest I have ever been in my life, and I am losing the flab I (quite frighteningly) managed to acquire over the course of the last two years. Mark has twenty years of experience which manifests in not only a rock solid knowledge of the science behind muscle gain/fat loss, but a wonderful bedside manner. Whereas other trainers sadistically delight in pushing their clients to painful, unsustainable and even dangerous extremes, Mark focuses on the long game, prioritizing safety, form, and yes, keeping things challenging. I’ve seen him work with people of all ages and fitness goals (I’m relatively young and looking to be as muscular as possible, whereas I’ve seen him work with seniors just looking to keep fit and functional). I can’t really imagine someone looking for a trainer working with Mark and not being satisfied.
