Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How does Small Group Personal Training work?
A. I will first have everyone fill out a medical and an exercise history form. I will get a solid idea of your fitness level and any medical limitations you may have. I have trained over 20 people at a time in my fitness boot camps and they were of varied fitness levels.
Q. What if I don’t have a friend or spouse to join me in group training? Can you help?
A. Yes sometimes I can. It is best to call me to see if I have a partner available.
Q. How much space is needed?

A. Group Training sessions are 1 hour long. We also incorporate stretching into the routine toward the end.
Q. What if I have different goals than my partners?
