I have trained over 20 people at a time in my fitness boot camps and they were of varied fitness levels.
Q. What if I don’t have a friend or spouse to join me in group training? Can you help?
A. Yes sometimes I can. It is best to call me to see if I have a partner available.
Q. How much space is needed?
