Absolutely. I haven’t had one client who wasn’t able to throw a few punches and they loved it. In addition, you are progressed according to your fitness level. I highly recommend boxing training because it gets you fit quickly and is fun.
The sessions are 1 hour long although most people combine boxing with some traditional exercise.
No. I supply boxing gloves for men and women. If you want you can purchase your own boxing gloves and I can recommend a store.
There is no such thing as being too old for a fitness boxing lesson. I’ve given boxing lessons to men and women in their sixties, and they loved it.
