Q. What is fitness boxing?
A. Basically, I will teach you how to throw combinations of punches, foot work and evasive maneuvers. You will be hitting what are called target mitts.
Q. I never took boxing lessons and in addition I am really out of shape. Will I be able to do it?
A. Absolutely. I haven’t had one client who wasn’t able to throw a few punches and they loved it. In addition, you are progressed according to your fitness level. I highly recommend boxing training because it gets you fit quickly and is fun.
Q. How long are the boxing classes?
A. The sessions are 1 hour long although most people combine boxing with some traditional exercise.
Q. Do I need to buy any equipment for a boxing workout?
A. No. I supply boxing gloves for men and women. If you want you can purchase your own boxing gloves and I can recommend a store.
Q. Am I too old for fitness boxing?
A. There is no such thing as being too old for a fitness boxing lesson. I’ve given boxing lessons to men and women in their sixties, and they loved it.
