The TRX Suspension Trainer was developed in the 1990’s by former Navy SEAL and Stanford MBA graduate Randy Hetrick as a means to stay in peak physical condition for himself and his fellow Navy SEALs.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a portable, easy to use workout system made for indoor or outdoor use consisting of two nylon straps with handles that anchor to a sturdy object (i.e.- door).

TRX Training can be done both indoor and outdoors with no problem. For one-on-one in-home use all you need is a sturdy door, usually your front door and minimal hallway space. For outdoor use, a tree or basketball hoop will do.

Mark and I have worked together for a couple months now. I found him to be surprisingly affordable and REALLY effective.
